Why Charcoal?

Why not?

Cooking over charcoal provides the most flavorful grilling experience that touches our primal urge to provide. You get the smoke, the smell, and the color on foods that no gas grill, cheap or not, can provide.

And, if you run out of charcoal, you can use wood.

Charcoal grilling may take more time, may be more messy, and a “hassle”, but the results are well worth it. A little bit of time learning how YOUR grill operates and experimenting will create results that will have you turning your gas guzzling grill into a art deco flower bed.

I have no posting goal. I have no higher aspirations. I want to share what I do on my grill for those who care.

This is, don’t get scared now.
